The fast service and friendly faces and the pool was amazing during those cold days

The hotel itself and its structure is really great. I love the service of the cafe located in the lobby. The Filipina Ms. Fe/Vee have exceeded my expectation in terms of food service and listening to my needs. Upon check in Mr. Aziz was really helpful and professional, I felt a warm welcome in an instant. The engineering team was quick to help me with my socket connections, housekeeping team was so quick to attend to my needs especially the valet team and bellman service Upon check out Meryem and Fatima have assisted to keep my car in the valet after check out due to an event I have to attend. Overall it was indeed a great experience. Thank you.

I love how they keep the beach clean, the staff assigned at the beach kept it trash free. The . The staff are polite and friendly, always had a welcoming smile. I'm grateful for Miss Jayzel at the front desk. Grateful for Her generosity, she made us feel at home. I am also grateful that our room was upgraded to one of their Luxury room. It was wonderful auspicious way to welcome the new year.

We had a very good stay with this hotel. We were even welcomed with cold drinks while checking in. Special mention to Fatima who was very accommodating during our check-in. The room is neat, tidy and spacious. The sea view in the balcony was very relaxing. The beachfront was nice. All the staff are very friendly. Also, thanks to Meryem for helping out with our last minute request before checking out. And, lastly our gratitude to Marvin for hailing a cab for us and assisting us to carry our things. The overall experience is superb! Highly recommended.

Almost everything! Staff genuinely kind, very professional and laid back. They're not overacting, they're simply nice, everyone seem happy to work in this hotel. Fast room service. Room super clean and comfortable, I particularly enjoyed the double shower super spacious. The whole vibe of the hotel is really nice, I felt like I travelled back into the late 70s/early 80s. Even the music by the pool was so cool with a groovy yet chill playlist (I usually hate hotel music, which tends to be too loud). The beach is amazing with the straw/palm leaves umbrellas, and its very spacious. Compared to the other hotels on this beach, I found it to be the best looking. You really feel like you travelled in another country on this beach. The location is great too as it's very close to Ajman center where you can just wander in the streets and feel Ajman's vibe (fish market, museum, souq). Perfect for a staycation! I would go again :)
