Almost everything! Staff genuinely kind, very professional and laid back. They're not overacting, they're simply nice, everyone seem happy to work in this hotel. Fast room service. Room super clean and comfortable, I particularly enjoyed the double shower super spacious. The whole vibe of the hotel is really nice, I felt like I travelled back into the late 70s/early 80s. Even the music by the pool was so cool with a groovy yet chill playlist (I usually hate hotel music, which tends to be too loud). The beach is amazing with the straw/palm leaves umbrellas, and its very spacious. Compared to the other hotels on this beach, I found it to be the best looking. You really feel like you travelled in another country on this beach. The location is great too as it's very close to Ajman center where you can just wander in the streets and feel Ajman's vibe (fish market, museum, souq). Perfect for a staycation! I would go again :)

Eeveryhting was just breathtaking. first of all the location of the hotel next to the new marina. the fact that this hotel is at the end of the shore makes it wonderful in terms of views, and biggest beach space, compared to neighbouring hotels which i have tried before. the sea water was crystal clear, the weather at this period is just awesome. the personnel of the hotel were very professional and kind, especially Ms Fatima who checked us in, she gve us plenty of useful information, guided us to booking activities and offered us a free upgrade. the brekafast buffet was very yummy and everything was fresh, with so many multiple choices. we also tried the restaurant at the beach zanzibar, and the food and cocktails there were also amazing. especially a late night seating by the beach with dimmed lights, they gave us some blankets to cover, it was very romantic. it's definitely my favorite hotel in Ajman by far.

The hotel is really beautiful, and the staff is extremely kind and nice. We were afraid of the construction noise - which was actually very bad - however the weather was so windy that the sound of the waves pushed the construction noise away totally, so it was all perfect. On a less windy day it is still quote massive from early morning till late evening, but during the day you can escape to the beach where you cant hear anything from it. Many thanks to Fatima who changed our room to a room that is a bit further away from the noises. The breakfast is the best we ever had in any hotel. The pool area is also supernice!! The view from the rooms is just amazing! Great gym area with a ping pong table inside that we loved!!!

The Filipina Ms. Fe/Vee have exceeded my expectation in terms of food service and listening to my needs. Upon check in Mr. Aziz was really helpful and professional, I felt a warm welcome in an instant. The engineering team was quick to help me with my socket connections, housekeeping team was so quick to attend to my needs especially the valet team and bellman service Upon check out Meryem and Fatima have assisted to keep my car in the valet after check out due to an event I have to attend. Overall it was indeed a great experience. Thank you.

The room category was upgraded through the reception manager, Mr. Elwy Thank you, Mr. Aziz, for the excellent service. Ahmed said, at the time of check-in, the room was upgraded through the reception manager. The night manager was our first experience in Ajman, but the first experience was excellent. We will come back again. We are friends. Thank you Ahmed and Regina for Suite 404. We will not forget this room.
